Debate: Can therapy help children overcome autism?

After two years of intensive behavioral, speech and occupational therapy when he was younger, Jake Exkorn, 13, no longer has autism, his doctor says. But some are skeptical that a complete recovery is possible, prompting some researchers to study children who have appeared to recover from autism.
