Reservations systems adapting to Secure Flight requirements

Airlines and travel agents are scrambling to upgrade reservations systems to comply with Secure Flight, the TSA's effort to better check passenger names against terrorist watch lists. The agency is asking for passengers' full names beginning May 15, along with birth date and gender as of August 15. TSA says the program is voluntary, though passengers without full information may be more likely to face secondary screening at the airport.
