States mull zero-tolerance policies for weapons at school

In the wake of the Columbine school shooting a decade ago, many schools adopted zero-tolerance policies for bringing weapons to school. However, some states, such as Colorado and Texas, are considering less restrictive policies to curb excessive punishments for actions, such as leaving a fake weapon in a car, that would not create harm.
