Dallas officials announce makeover of Riverfront Blvd.

Dallas officials announced plans for a $54.5 million makeover of Riverfront Boulevard that they hope will become the "front door" to the Trinity project. Built in 1929 as Industrial Boulevard, the street will be widened to serve as the gateway to parks and lakes along the Trinity River. The city hopes to attract upscale development along the road, which also is home to the Lew Sterrett Justice Center.
