Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison is to bring on board Mark Mendelsohn, deputy chief of the Department of Justice's fraud section, to head a new corporate-defense group. Mendelsohn, who oversees the Justice Department's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act enforcement program, will create a team to defend corporations against FCPA actions, which are brought against companies accused of obtaining overseas business through bribery.
