Texas city approves 20-year master plan for airport

The City Council approved a master plan for the Wichita Falls Municipal Airport in Wichita Falls, Texas. The plan outlines 13 projects over 20 years, including short-term projects for the first five years. "It's an ambitious plan, one we've needed to see for quite a while," said Mayor Lanham Lyne.
