France's Comptoir des Cotonniers enters U.S. market

Comptoir des Cottoniers has built its business on clothing a broad range of ages. The French brand, which has almost 350 outlets in Europe, is planning to expand into New York this year. "Young women don't dress like their mothers, but they're happy to find items in the same brand," said Comptoir CEO Marianne Romestain. "Women don't dress depending on their age anymore."
