In Scandinavia, food takes center stage at Easter

Easter celebrations in Scandinavia center on food, though no single culinary tradition spans all of Sweden, Denmark and Norway. In Norway, lamb and oranges are traditional fare, while Danes and Swedes feast on traditional smorgasbords, adding roasted lamb, eggs and marzipan candy for the holiday and washing it down with aquavit.
