Baby boomer parents tend to be happy as long as their children are having fun, while millennial moms and dads want to have as much fun as the kids, a trend that's prompting Peter Piper Pizza to shake things up with a new look and features from video games to a wine list aimed at pleasing everyone. "You have to be bold enough to change and adapt to (millennials) or you’re going to be in the graveyard with the other restaurant ideas that have flamed out in the last four to five years," said marketing VP Jason Greenwood.
