Supreme Court is urged to assess EPA's GHG policies

The Supreme Court should review the Environmental Protection Agency's greenhouse-gas regulations, according to a coalition of business groups that includes the American Petroleum Institute. "EPA's regulation of [GHGs] from stationary sources is one of the most costly, complex and encompassing energy regulatory issues facing manufacturers and is damaging to our global competitiveness," National Association of Manufacturers President Jay Timmons said.
