Children with ADHD more likely to have language difficulties

Among 6- to 8-year-olds, 40% of those with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder had language difficulties, compared with 17% in the control group, an Australian study in the journal Pediatrics showed. Researchers said rates of language problems were similar in boys and girls.
