Mont. SANE program seeks additional RNs

The Billings Clinic in Montana is recruiting additional nurses for its sexual assault nurse examiners, or SANE, program, one of only three in the state. The clinic's SANE cases grew from an average of 85 exams per year from 2008 to 2011 to 120 in 2013 because of increased awareness, population growth and higher levels of violence, said Billings program coordinator Carrie Wright.
