FAA tells airlines to make second flight reduction at O'Hare

The Federal Aviation Administration told United Airlines and American Airlines to cut more flights at O'Hare International Airport this summer because of concerns about airport congestion. This is the second time this year the FAA has ordered flights be cut at the Chicago airport.
