Karmazin predicts 100-fold increase in Sirius ad revenue

Sirius Satellite Radio CEO Mel Karmazin is predicting his company's ad revenues will rise from $1 million to $100 million by 2007, even though the company has no plans to sell advertising on any of its 65 music channels. Instead, Karmazin plans to introduce long-form and pricier ads and sponsorships to air during sports, talk, news and entertainment programming.
