$3.50-per-gallon gas is now the retail record

The nation set another retail record for gasoline prices Monday: $3.50 per gallon on average, and rising. Gasoline costs 22% more this year than a year ago and experts believe the per-gallon price will reach $4 in this summer's peak driving season.
