Farm to bar: The new cocktail trend?

Bartenders are joining the trend to source locally by looking for drink ingredients from nearby farms. Manhattan's Bar 44 has introduced a spring mixed drink that uses cherries from a New Jersey farm and gin from an organic microdistillery in Philadelphia.
