Having surpassed Wall Street's estimates for its first-quarter results, Yahoo! is open to "any and all" offers, including a higher bid from Microsoft, according to chief executive Jerry Yang. However, Yahoo!'s better-than-expected performance probably won't impact the "dynamics" of the talks with Microsoft, one analyst said. Microsoft chief executive Steven A. Ballmer also said Yahoo!'s results wouldn't change how valuable it is to his company.
