Regulators to brief banks about stress tests starting Friday

Regulators are giving lenders a chance to view and debate the findings of the government's stress tests before making the results public next week. The discussions between bankers and regulatory officials will indicate whether the financial institutions need to raise additional capital. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said most of the banks were well-capitalized.
