Mass. senator sees 3 major oil companies supporting climate bill

Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., expects three of the five U.S. oil majors to "actively participate" in backing the climate change bill that he co-authored after it is unveiled Monday. The senator, speaking on a conference call, said he hopes that other large oil companies will not attack the measure, and he believes that the American Petroleum Institute will halt its advertising campaign opposing the bill.
