Sen. Graham voices concern over transport portion of climate bill

U.S. senators crafting the compromise climate bill spent Thursday negotiating mechanisms to curb greenhouse-gas emissions in the transportation sector. Earlier in the day, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said that "the transportation sector is a problem," and was not sure whether the bill would released Monday. But Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., who is writing the bill with Graham and Sen. Joseph Lieberman, I-Conn., stated that it would be ready Monday.
