Small-business owners, employees lag in retirement savings

Small-business owners and their employees aren't doing enough to save for retirement, recent studies show. Only 36% of business owners have individual retirement accounts, and fewer than one-third contribute to them, a Small Business Administration survey found. In addition, just 19.5% of employees at small businesses have and contribute to a company-sponsored retirement plan.
