Court gives green light to Light Air Support program

In a recent ruling, the U.S. Federal Claims Court said the Air Force was right to allow Sierra Nevada and Embraer to move forward with work on the first A-29 Super Tucanos for the Light Air Support program. Beechcraft Corp. had filed a protest of the contract with the Government Accountability Office and requested that work be halted pending review.
