America's blue-chip tech giants are at risk of being made obsolete by nimbler up-and-comers, just as the industrial companies of the Rust Belt were overtaken by foreign rivals, experts say. That's partly because technological advances make it easier for consumers to check out new things and switch loyalties, says Box CEO Aaron Levie. "What is happening here is that the control and the amount of power that one company has over the ecosystem is really changing," he says.
