IBM: OpenDaylight is all about code and not Linux

The OpenDaylight software-defined-networking effort is misunderstood, according to co-founder IBM, which says the prime goal was to build an open-source SDN framework that has nothing to do with Linux. It's all about sharing and writing open-source code to drive SDN adoption forward, IBM's Inder Gopal says.
