During the recent WFF conference in Orlando, Fla., Laurie Burns of Darden Restaurants discussed how women with different personality types can reach the top. "Taking on new challenges can lead to tremendous personal growth," said Burns, who was named the next chair of the WFF. Also at the conference, leaders shared advice and talked about the value of diversity. "It's just proven over and over again: Diverse teams drive better results," said Fritzi Woods, WFF's president and chief executive. "Women are a significant part of that diversity."
