Teachers' evaluations weighed by Texas lawmakers

Legislation under consideration by Texas lawmakers would dramatically alter the way teachers are evaluated -- a topic that has been controversial in other states that already have debated such changes. One measure that made it out of Senate committee is opposed by teacher groups because they say the legislation could lead to teacher evaluations based on students' standardized test scores.
