Displaced Ind. 5th-graders plant state tree at tornado-hit school

Fifth-graders from Mintonye Elementary School in Indiana, along with the group TreeLafayette, observed Earth Day by planting a tulip tree at their tornado-damaged school. The tree was dedicated to the fifth-graders displaced five months ago by the storm because they won't be able to attend classes there again. Representatives from TreeLafayette took the opportunity to teach the students how to properly plant and care for the tree.
