Senior housing is becoming a mainstream asset class, driven by strong demographic and performance trends. "We're certainly seeing a lot interest from a lot of different parties," says Imran Javaid, of Capital One Bank. He lists private equity firms, pension funds, asset managers and non-traded REITs as part of that group.
