Companies could learn from Office Depot's Hispanic touch

Although the number of Hispanic Internet users is exploding and is predicted to grow to 16 million by 2007, most companies are doing little or nothing to reach Hispanic customers online, writes columnist Elizabeth Lloyd. One notable exception is Office Depot, which has a fully functional Spanish-language Web site that mirrors its award-winning English-language site.
