Research indicates people may need more vitamin D

Research suggests that a deficiency in vitamin D may be linked to 17 types of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, chronic pain and a host of other medical conditions. Also, studies show that many people don't get enough vitamin D and that the daily minimum requirement may be too low.
