Cruise lines struggle to comply with Alaska's standards

Two years ago, Alaska's citizens passed an initiative that set limits to the amount of trace metals cruise ships can discharge and gave the lines until 2010 to comply. John Binkley, president of the Alaska Cruise Association, explains why cruise ships are unable to meet the standards, why the standards were implemented and what the industry plans to do.
