Study data show exercise helps cancer-related fatigue

A review of data from 28 studies -- half of which included women with breast cancer -- shows exercise can help patients suffering from cancer-related fatigue during and after treatment. Most exercise programs included in the review were moderate-intensity workouts performed two or three times per week.
