Tyson to appeal antibiotic advertising ruling

A court ordered Tyson Foods to stop ads that say its chickens are raised without antibiotics because the company injects antibiotics into eggs in its hatchery. Tyson plans to appeal the decision, saying "raised without" implies the chickens are not receiving antibiotics after they have been hatched.
