Bosses are onto fawning behavior

John Kulisek, vice president and chief operating officer of a New Jersey import company, says the attitudes of his staff have changed so dramatically recently that even "borderline cantankerous employees are now sheer delights to be around." But workplace experts say fawning over bosses like Kulisek won't help you keep your job. It may just make your co-workers resentful and bosses suspicious.
