North Dakota eyes Keystone pipeline hookup

North Dakota officials plan to propose a 169-mile-long pipeline that would ferry crude oil to a segment of TransCanada's Keystone system that, when completed, will stretch from Alberta, Canada, to Illinois and Oklahoma. The state's Pipeline Authority will promote the $199 million development at an industry conference in neighboring Saskatchewan, Canada, next week.
