Senate could confirm Sebelius as HHS chief by Tuesday

The Senate is scheduled to meet as soon as Tuesday to vote on the nomination of Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius as HHS secretary, said Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev. Sebelius will need to get 60 votes to be confirmed, according to a deal reached by the two parties.
