Bike program combines business and exercise for teens

Phoenix Bikes in Arlington, Va., has a part fitness, part social program to teach teenagers business skills and get them to exercise more. The teens, from mostly low-income neighborhoods, volunteer to work in the shop and earn a free bike to use on group-planned biking and camping trips or for entering bike races.
