Critics charge dam removal more about money than ecology

Battle lines are being drawn over a private firm's proposal to removal a North Carolina dam that predates the Civil War. Restoration Systems has asked the Army Corps of Engineers for the right to remove the 16-foot-high Milburnie Dam on the Neuse River in Raleigh. Opponents are rallying, charging the dam removal firm is more concerned with cash than ecology.
