The White House has been using every social-media trick it has in its battle against Goldman Sachs, writes Dallas Lawrence. Leveraging its Twitter and Facebook accounts, as well as paid advertising, the administration has managed to seize the initiative and shape a compelling narrative about the need for financial reform, Lawrence notes. "To date, Goldman's silence in the online space has been deafening, making it all the easier for regulators, legislators and the White House to paint a bull's eye on its back," he adds.
