One lawmaker says it is unlikely that Congress will rewrite No Child Left Behind this year despite pressure from U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan and other lawmakers. Rep. Dale Kildee, chairman of the House Subcommittee on Early Childhood, Elementary and Secondary Education, said the committee's schedule is full, and lawmakers will be unlikely to take on the issue during an election year.
