N.J. leaders are concerned veteran teachers will flee

New Jersey Education Association leaders say that Gov. Chris Christie's potential plan to reduce retirement benefits for educators could lead many to retire during the summer. Officials say they are concerned that schools could have trouble recruiting enough teachers on such short notice. "What kind of a gap are we going to have in the school system without the older people who set the tone for the building?" one teacher asked.
