Wisconsin Assembly considers raw-milk bill

A bill that would allow dairy farmers in Wisconsin to sell unpasteurized milk until 2011 was up for review Thursday in the state Assembly. The bill, which already passed the Senate, would require farmers to regularly test raw milk for pathogens and to sell it only on their farms.
