NBCTs create guide to help teachers reflect, improve

A group of 10 National Board Certified Teachers has created a self-improvement guide intended to help educators reflect on their instructional methods and make adjustments if necessary, writes blogger Renee Moore. The document, "Standards Continuum Guide for Reflective Teaching Practice," also could help "mentors, coaches, and administrators" develop effective professional-development plans.
