Study: Many UK students need more sleep

About two-thirds of students in England are not getting enough sleep at night, according to a recent study of 2,000 children. About one-fourth of students say their lack of sleep causes them to lose focus or fall asleep in school. At issue, according to the study, could be increased technology use, with some students reporting they fall asleep watching television or play video games into the morning.
