Analysis: Lawmakers take varied approaches to boost school security

An analysis of school safety legislation filed following the tragic shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut shows that proposals have included arming teachers, placing additional security guards or police officers on campus and bolstering the security systems of school buildings.
