Express cuts prices in Canada to US levels

US fashion chain Express has lowered prices in Canada to put them on par with US prices, the company said Monday, a shift it has been working on since entering the market in 2011. Retailers including Target, which opened its first stores in Canada last month, have been routinely criticized for charging higher prices north of the border.
