Health care spending expected to accelerate

A study by the Kaiser Family Foundation found that the annual increase of health care costs will be more than 7% by 2019, compared with 3.9% between 2009 and 2011. "As the economy recovers, health spending is likely to trend upwards, though growth rates are unlikely to return to the double-digit levels we have seen in the past," according to the study.
