Program helps teens to earn their pilot's licenses

The Teens-in-Flight program at Florida's Flagler County Airport allows teens to earn their pilot's licenses at no charge to the potential pilots. The program has been around for five years; founder Jack Howell said he started it to help teens who had a parent or sibling in the military killed, wounded or disabled in action.
