Wis. district plans investment in fiber-optic network

A Wisconsin school district has approved a $47,391 contract with Access Engineering to help connect schools via a fiber-optic network. Officials say they have reached out to the city to see if they also would like to connect to the network for a fee. If the city accepts, the school district could use the money to purchase additional cameras.
