Hooters app fuels real-time marketing data

Hooters is launching a loyalty program in a mobile application that provides rewards when customers download content and scan receipts for direct marketing. Hooters is partnering with Sparkfly to make its mobile app a constant source of marketing data that ties in to real-world events and purchases. "They can now connect digital media to the cash register," said Sparkfly CEO Catherine Tabor.
